The Blueprint of the Soul

Our unique "plan" can be revealed through an understanding of the forces in motion at the time of birth. Using the language and principles of astronomy, physics, mathematics and the metaphysical archetypes of ancient astronomy we can describe a spiritual blueprint that is as precise in its way as our DNA. This requires a thorough understanding of the meaning of the position of the elements of the solar system (mathematical points) at the time of the first breath. It is an expansion of Jung's principle of "synchronicity" in which the imprints and timing of various events are mirrored within and without.

As the mathematics of astronomy provides precision, the deep understanding of the relationships between these points in space gives us insight into what energies, cycles, and situations the soul has chosen for itself during a particular lifetime.

There are a number of metaphysical systems using the symbology and mathematics of astronomy to help us understand more clearly who we are and what we can expect from our time in this world. Each is similar, yet different in approach and result. They are modern Western Astrology, Eastern (Vedic) Astrology and Spiritual Astrology.

Modern Western astrology is a description of our approach to life and of the magnificent psychological forces that make up our personality. It describes our strengths, challenges and our responses to the world around us. Western astrology tends to focus solely on human free will and negates a "Divine Plan".

Traditional Eastern astrology describes current lives as a series of karmic events which are the result of actions and thoughts of past incarnations. It tends to negate free will and relegates life to a fixed and predetermined series of conditions and events. Too frequently both systems fail to provide meaningful guidance and insight because they do not adequately address the influence of "human effort" and "Divine intervention" or "grace." Nor do they take into consideration an individual's spiritual evolution and paradigm of consciousness. The "one size fits all" approach in applying the same symbolic meanings of the various astrological aspects, all too often misses the mark, especially for serious spiritual aspirants who see this life as part of a greater journey.

Spiritual Astrology has many similarities to both Eastern and Western astrology; however it is based on the movement of energy along the cerebro-spinal (spiritual) centers known as the chakras. At the time of birth, each of the chakras is influenced by two constellations of the zodiac. The seven planets represent the seven tasks of the soul. Their placement describes specifically the lessons and expression of the soul as it journeys through and beyond creation back to its Source. This understanding of the deeper spiritual element of astrology is referenced by the great mystic-teacher of our time, Paramahansa Yogananda, in his spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi.

Spiritual Astrology also describes our evolution as a natural and spontaneous response to the cyclical movement of the planetary forces from one spiritual center (chakra) to another. Knowing the timing of these cycles brings us into harmony with our highest purpose and allows us the greatest amount of growth and success at that time.

The description of the forces that make us who we are and arrange our spiritual learning is described in the symbols of what we call the Soul Blueprint Chart. The description of the forces that govern our current situation and evolutionary pattern is the Life Cycle Chart. Understanding the meaning of both of these gives a profound sense of self acceptance and confidence on one's unique path back to Source.

Soul Blueprint Chart

The Soul Blueprint Chart is a description of the individual soul's unique evolutionary journey as understood by the movement of planetary influences in the spiritual centers (chakras) at the time of birth. It provides an understanding of the role the soul has agreed to play and the script the personality will act out in learning the lessons and completing the developmental tasks of the individual's spiritual path in this incarnation.

This reading describes in detail the purpose of this particular incarnation, goals to be achieved, lessons to be learned, the karmas that influence day-to-day living, the inherent strengths to draw upon, reincarnational tendencies, and past life influences.

Life Cycle Chart

As time passes, the positions of the evolutionary energies shift and influence the chakras in different ways. We attract to ourselves certain people, places, things, activities and thoughts that naturally lead us to the next levels of growth and development. Some things become more important than others. New seasons of life emerge with new understandings and new depths of experience. The Life Cycle Chart tells us where we are in our evolutionary cycle and how to make the most of the opportunities at hand to grow in wisdom and peace.

This reading describes the energies influencing the individual growth process. It sheds light on the changes that are in motion and changes to come. It maps the current year's evolutional journey both practically and spiritually. It describes the travel of the major planetary influences on the cerebro- spinal centers (chakras).

This is my favorite work of all! If you are a parent, it is invaluable to know who your child is, why he or she is here, and what the lessons are that your child has come to learn. In this reading, the role and influence of parenting is described in detail so that inherent strengths can be developed and certain pitfalls avoided. Also covered are talents, professional aptitudes, family relationships, spiritual leanings and personality development. This understanding is a great advantage to both you and your child.

All sessions run for about 50 minutes. The fee for all types of Sacred Astronomy sessions is $200 (USD)

Although we provide a CD recording of your session, we strongly encourage you to take notes or record on your own. We use top-of-the-line equipment, but we cannot guarantee the CD quality or delivery by the Post Office, and cannot re-do a session.

For best results please use a "landline" telephone for your session. Often cell phones, headsets, speakerphones, and household portable phones give off static that impairs the quality of your tape recording.
